Steam Jacketed Manufacturing Vessel is made out of SS316 quality material contact parts having jacket of Mild Steel material. The 08 mm shell and 10 mm bottom of vessel made from SS316 quality material. The shell of 08 mm & bottom of 10 mm jacket made out M.S quality material. Jacket shall be insulated with 50 mm thick mineral wool and covered with SS304 16 SWG material. The vessel shall be supported on 04 nos. legs made out of M.S. pipe & same will be claded with SS304.
All the contact parts in SS 316 quality material and non contact parts made out of M.S. claded with SS304 quality material. All safety guards & covers are made out of SS 304 and jacket from M. S. Jacket shall be insulated & covered with SS 304 quality material. All contact parts polished to the mirror finished and non contact parts polished to the matt finished.

- AC. Frequency Drive for variable speed of Stirrer & Emulsifier at Manufacturing Vessel( Product get best result, if they are mixed at desirable speed of agitator as well as emulsifier in order to form during high speed of agitator & emulsifier for to get best quality) and also for Wax phase vessel, Water phase vessel & storage vessel.
- Hydraulic System for Lifting and Lowering of Top Dish with agitation assembly at Manufacturing Vessel.
