Our MDI(metered-dose inhaler) filling machine is a compact rotary type automatic aerosol filling machine, which specialized in filling small dose inhaler aerosols.
It consists of a small dose liquid filler, 20mm valve inserting machine, 1 vacuuming head, 1 crimping head, 1 small dose gas filler on one working station. Equipped with a rotary can feeder and a can collect table.
All the pneumatic components are imported from Japan and Germany, making sure high stability and long-lasting life. It has two working modes, manually intermittent filling and automatic intermittent filling, very flexible and efficient.
This metered-dose inhaler filling machine is suitable for filling N2, butane gas, LPG, Freon, compressed air, etc. The whole machine table uses 304 stainless steel, the liquid material and propellant contact parts use 316L stainless steel to meet GMP production standards.
Each filled cans are tested using our fully automated Stress Test Line. After filling, the cans are weighted Line. The line has the ability to apply high amount of stress to each individual cans in a safe and efficient way to ensure the integrity of all filled cans.
