We have come with the Ointment Plant for our customers. Inclusive of processing Lotions, creams, ointments, hair gels and toothpastes, the offered plants are used for a number of applications. Coming with their high sanitary standard design and inline high-speed homogenizer, these ointment plants are much demanded in the markets. Moreover, the offered plants can be operated from centralized operating panel by only one operator.
Features:
ALL contact parts are SS 316 L and non-contact parts are SS 304.
Manufacturing vessels have opening arrangement of top dish hydraulically operated.
Silicone food grade gaskets are used.
Top mounted mixer is with arrangement with SS 316 L anchor with mirror polish along with PTFE arranged baffles/scrapper.
High speed homogenizer is provided at bottom arrangement with mechanical seal.

ALL material transfers are done by vacuum or by transfer pumps.
The entire plant is equipped with CIP & SIP connections.

Working Principal
All vessels are constructed using S.S. 316 grade stainless steel sheets and are cGMP compliant. Each vessel is jacketed, insulated, encased, and equipped with an appropriate agitator assembly. In, wax is melted. Water is heated in a water heating vessel, and wax is melted in a wax melting vessel. Vacuum is used to automatically move wax and water into the production vessel.
Both wax and water are homogenized in the production vessel to generate a homogenous emulsion, which is then cooled by flowing chilled water through the jacket of the manufacturing vessel. After the emulsion has been generated, active components such as colors and other additives are added and properly combined and homogenized. Later, if necessary, scent is applied in the case of cosmetics or wherever it is required. The ointment / cream has been prepared. The same is transported into the storage vessel through bump pump. & it is automatically moved from the storage vessel to the filling machine through metering pump. The flow rate of the Metering pump may be adjusted to match the speed and capacity of your tube filling machine.
